An Interview

I was recently contacted by Kira who runs Pasta Recipes by Italians. If you enjoy pasta, this is the site to go to. Lots of recipes and information about pasta in general. She requested an interview with me and I was more than happy to take part. Thanks to Kira for this opportunity to talk about my blog and cooking.

Just read your interview. Wonderful job. I didn't know you could buy quinoa pasta. Where do you find it and is it expensive and difficult to cook?

Hi Debbie;

You can find quinoa pasta probably at the grocery store. Have a check in the organic section. I honestly can't remember where I got it from now! I have a terrible memory! You might also want to check at Quarter Master foods in Wortley Village. It is not expensive and it is very easy to cook - just like regular pasta.
